Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Hawaii's largest coffee grower.
Where is Kauai Coffee grown?
All of our coffee is grown on our estate in Kalaheo, Kauai, which features over 4 million trees and 3,100 acres of rich volcanic soil.
What is the difference between Estate and Reserve coffee?
Our Estate collection features our signature blends and roasts, while the Kauai Coffee Reserve line represents the top 5% of our harvest, featuring premium single-origin beans and limited-release crops.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
To maintain peak freshness, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can affect the flavor profile.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our customer service within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee pods compatible with Keurig machines?
Yes, our single-serve coffee pods are designed to be compatible with most Keurig K-Cup brewing systems, and they feature a filter design that uses less plastic.
