At Kauai Coffee Company, we want you to enjoy every sip of our island-grown coffee; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on defective hardware or incorrect shipments within 30 days of purchase.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your coffee or merchandise.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the shipping box, the product labels, and any damage or errors to help us process your claim quickly.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refund or Replacement
Once we verify the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bag of your favorite roast.
